This website is to provide a review of my experience with Team Chabris which is a real estate agency which is part of Keller Williams Reality and is located in Cincinnati, OH. Without a doubt Pamela Kurtz, Peter Chabris and Team Chabris are the most unprofessional and dishonest business people that I have ever worked with.
My realtor for this transaction was Pamela Kurtz. Pamela Kurtz was a complete disappointment as a realtor. She lacked attention to detail, she failed to include items in my written offer and then she compounded the problem by lying. Based on my experience, you should highly consider her as your agent if you want someone with no difficulty lying both to and about you. If you want a realtor with integrity and knowledge- look somewhere else.
As with most organizations the leader sets to tone. Peter Chabris, is without a doubt, the most unethical person with whom I have had business dealings. Based on my experience, you should call Peter Chabris if you are looking for a smooth talker to hit on every buzzword from the latest business meeting. The price you will pay for this conversation is that you will be talking to someone who is willing to defend an unethical employee and has no qualms lying about anything to protect himself.
As with any situation where there is a disagreement gray areas exist where you will have to make up your own mind about the actions of Team Chabris in this case. Over time I will be adding in emails and transcripts that occurred during and after the transaction that show Pamela Kurtz and Peter Chabris have been dishonest. You should make your own decision based on the evidence as to whether you want them to represent you or not. But I owe it to everyone to report on my experience and highly encourage you to do a lot of research before making a decision.
