Pamela Kurtz talks about conversations that never happened: The cell phone records prove she is lying.

Is Pamela Kurtz still under an internal monitoring program by Team Chabris?
So Pamela there is a slight problem with your story that you are trying to tell here. You claim you spoke to the agent and received information from her but you didn't speak to us about this at all. We spoke on the phone twice- Once to tell you what our offer was (Including the completion of the fence which you managed not to include) and once when you called to say that our offer had been accepted. The sellers were still taking offers when ours was made so they didn't tell you they would take our offer if the fence wasn't included. You didn't even know that our offer requested the fence till we called you to place the offer. So are you lying when you say that you talked to the seller's agent or did you choose not to bring the information about the fence to us after you talked to the seller's agent? Either you are a liar of you failed to disclose pertinent information to your client. Which of the Code of Ethics for Real Estate Agents did you break?
The above is from an email from Peter Chabris. Is Peter Chabris still monitoring the actions of Pamela Kurtz? Did he ever set up this program for her? I have no idea obviously. But if you are looking for a real estate agent do you want one that the "Team Leader" has to tell former clients that they will monitor her future actions?
After months of looking for a new home my wife and I found a place that we were interested in seeing. When we toured the home we were told that the buyers were willing to negotiate the completion of the fence in the back yard and finishing the basement. Finishing the basement seemed expensive and not necessary but we did ask Pamela to include the completion of the fence as a stipulation to the contract. She didn't include it.
